We call them missionaries, although they are so much more, and we send them out two by two. The local Bible workers live and teach in the villages assigned to them. Whenever possible we pair a teacher with a Bible worker.
All are trained to be medical, agricultural and biblical educational missionaries. They evangelize until a church is raised, and then they help establish and train the members.
We don’t do crusades. Sometimes we may stay in an area for several years.
